Job Summary
Source a wide breadth of commodities from fasteners to complex components and engineering services. Build sourcing strategies to manage total cost of ownership and foster a culture of vision for future success. Dive deep into issues, breakdown problems, and drive the team toward results. Create spreadsheet models to track supply and spend for effective supply chain management, budgeting, and forecasts. Work hands-on to support a world-class team of engineers and business leaders in commercializing autonomy and robotics for DoorDash Labs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of procurement experience in consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and or AI projects
- MBA and/or JD
- significant experience in writing and negotiating contract agreements with vendors in the consumer electronics, automotive, robotics, autonomy, and/or AI space
- strong communication and presentations skills to lead and organize efforts
- sharp attention to detail
