Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for medium to high complexity categories, transforming data into actionable insights and delivering high-quality presentations. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive buy-in, negotiate terms with suppliers, and lead sourcing events from kickoff to contract execution. Develop category playbooks, roadmaps, and negotiation timelines; manage vendor transitions and inventory-related cost mitigations; mentor entry-level buyers/analysts in financial modeling and negotiation support; leverage eSourcing tools and spend analytics to improve procurement outcomes. Also requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, familiarity with sourcing systems, and knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics preferred
- 6-8 years of sourcing/procurement experience
- 5+ years of negotiating contracts, managing strategic supplier alliances and buying/sourcing experience
- Travel: 10% travel requirement
