Job Summary
Manage supplier panel performance through structured governance, regular reviews, and continuous improvement actions. Own the end-to-end supplier qualification process, developing proactive plans aligned with business growth forecasts and new product introductions. Consolidate capacity inputs from commodity leaders to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles, ensuring permanent alignment between demand and supplier capabilities. Define governance models, KPIs, and long-term capability roadmaps for strategic suppliers while driving corrective actions for performance gaps. Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Operations, and P&L sourcing teams to mitigate operational risks and maintain a qualified, up-to-date supplier database. Support the Sourcing function's strategic image and promote supply chain sovereignty in alignment with global nuclear technology standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, supplier development, or supplier quality
- Experience in supplier performance management and development programs
- Good understanding of the S&OP process
- Good knowledge of supplier qualification processes
- Experience in a complex international environment
- Current proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Advanced mastery of Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, and/or Quality
- Mastery of a third language
