Job Summary
Internship in Strategic Sourcing (Year-Round): supports day-to-day Center of Excellence activities, supplier onboarding, and analytics. Responsibilities include administering supplier onboarding processes, creating monthly reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics, updating SOPs, learning Workday Finance and Workday Strategic Sourcing functions, researching system/process improvements, participating in User Acceptance Testing, assisting with note-taking and organization of meeting materials, and helping automate processes to reduce transactional effort. Requires current college enrollment pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data/Analytics, or related field; ability to work full-time in summer and part-time during the school year; strong communication and Excel/Teams proficiency; willingness to relocate to Cincinnati after graduation. Desirable: prior procurement-related experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
