Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Contracts Manager leading vendor negotiations for projects with up to $500k annual spend, coordinating reviews and redlining of vendor contracts (cloud/SaaS, on-premises software, MSAs, NDAs), ensuring information security and privacy due diligence, and providing legal review and negotiation guidance. Partners with Leaders across lines of business to align contract language with operational objectives, deliver contract risk summaries, and coach teams on negotiation tactics. Requires 3-5 years of strategic sourcing and project management experience, plus strong analytical, negotiation, and IT/privacy knowledge. Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent through a combination of education or work experience
- 3-5 years strategic sourcing experience
- 3 years project management experience
- experience leading negotiation of vendor agreements
- knowledge of information technology concepts
- knowledge of privacy concepts
- strong analytical and contract negotiation skills
- basic knowledge of Excel, Word and word processing
