Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Analyst focused on IT/AI categories, leads high-complexity sourcing transactions, negotiates with suppliers, and drives category strategy to maximize value. Manages supplier relationships, conducts market data analysis, identifies industry trends, coaches team members, coordinates with legal and risk partners, ensures contract data accuracy, and promotes compliance across sourcing processes. Requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration; experience with IT/SAAS sourcing and relevant sourcing systems; professional certifications are a plus. Hybrid work model in a Malvern, PA area role.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement
- Previous IT/SAAS sourcing background required; AI sourcing a nice-to-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity deals and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with sourcing/procurement systems such as Sirion Labs, Globality, Oracle and ServiceNow
- Preferred certifications CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or CIPS certification
