Job Summary

Review and manage Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders for indirect purchases under $200,000, ensuring compliance with policies and risk mitigation. Partner with internal customers to obtain approvals, provide procurement guidance, and identify savings opportunities through supplier negotiations and contract reviews. Engage suppliers to obtain quotations, analyze proposals, and leverage existing agreements to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to resolve issues, influence purchasing decisions, and escalate risks for mitigation. Utilize digital tools and AI-enabled technologies to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Work independently in a hybrid environment to drive timely procurement outcomes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of relevant professional experience
