Job Summary

Review and manage Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes for indirect purchases under $200,000, ensuring compliance with policies and risk mitigation. Partner with internal customers to obtain approvals, negotiate supplier pricing, and identify cost savings opportunities through market analysis and bundled purchases. Engage suppliers, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve issues, support contract reviews, and leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows and improve decision-making. Monitor supplier performance and escalate operational or financial risks while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Work independently in a collaborative environment to deliver timely procurement outcomes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, business operations, customer service, account management, project coordination, finance, or related disciplines
  • Internship, co-op, or professional experience in procurement, supply chain, business operations, customer service, account management, project coordination, vendor management, contract administration, analytics, or related fields
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to leverage new technologies, AI-enabled tools, and innovative approaches to improve productivity and business outcomes
  • Ability to remain professional, resilient, and solution-oriented when managing competing priorities, challenging situations, or difficult stakeholder interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and communicating effectively across multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment where building relationships and resolving issues were essential
  • Experience negotiating pricing, commercial terms, or service-related agreements
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve productivity, efficiency, or business outcomes
  • Experience identifying cost savings, process improvement opportunities, or operational efficiencies
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership of responsibilities, and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Experience leveraging data, digital tools, or AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive process compliance without direct authority
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo in pursuit of better business outcomes
