Job Summary
Strategic Senior Manager to join GDIT's Cloud Solutions within Federal Health, overseeing cloud modernization initiatives and driving growth through capture, proposal development, and sales enablement. Manages day-to-day operations (≈50% workload) and supports business development and capture efforts (≈50% workload), including opportunity shaping, proposal input, color team participation, and staffing plan development. Administers SharePoint sites for documentation integrity and collaboration. Delivers executive briefings, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to scale the cloud portfolio. Strong emphasis on cloud strategy execution, modernization planning, and organizational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, IT Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience leading complex IT, cloud, or modernization programs
- Strong understanding of capture processes, proposal development, and federal acquisition lifecycle
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud strategy, modernization initiatives, and enterprise cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or multi cloud)
- Experience with program management, P&L accountability, organizational leadership, and executive communication
- Familiarity with Agile transformation, DevSecOps and modernization methodologies
- Experience building or managing SharePoint sites in support of program or B&P activities
- Security/clearance readiness to obtain Public Trust clearance
