Job Summary

Strategic Security Director responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s comprehensive security strategy across facilities. Role requires high visibility and direct interaction with ownership and strategic partners to protect people, assets, and facilities. Key duties include developing and updating the Master Security Plan, defining security policies and standards, conducting risk assessments, leading vulnerability assessments, overseeing CCTV and access control, ensuring efficient operation of monitoring centers and security personnel, designing crisis preparedness and response plans, coordinating incident recovery actions, managing investigations related to fraud or irregularities, evaluating emerging security technologies, coordinating Civil Protection programs and training, ensuring regular drills, overseeing security service providers, and ensuring contractual compliance and high performance. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, International Relations, or related field, strong diagnostics and strategic execution capabilities with adaptability to change, 15+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership, and competencies in emotional intelligence, crisis management, and team leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the security sector and at least 5 years in leadership or equivalent positions
