Job Summary
Manage multi-line, high-volume calls by delivering 5-star customer service, accurately reviewing medical records and insurance, and scheduling patients for multiple surgeons. Proactively fill surgeon openings, resolve conflicts, and optimize schedules across providers with unique preferences while maintaining high appointment conversion rates. Enter and maintain patient data in the scheduling system to ensure integrity and compliance. Serve as an ambassador by monitoring surgeon schedules, identifying gaps or underutilized time, and providing feedback to leaders to improve efficiency and patient access. Collaborate with colleagues to share updates and support practices through a coordinated team approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in a dental or medical front office role with direct patient and customer service responsibilities
