Job Summary

Strategic Scheduler role responsible for managing multi-provider, high-volume scheduling and reviewing medical records and insurance to schedule patients for multiple surgeons; acts as liaison with referring practices, verifies patient insurance, enters patient data, and optimizes surgeon calendars while maintaining accurate, compliant records and delivering high-quality customer service. Requires strong communication and listening skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office, and prior medical/dental front-office scheduling experience.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of experience in a dental or medical front office role with direct patient and customer service responsibilities
  • Experience in appointment scheduling, patient communications, or contact center support strongly preferred
