Job Summary
Strategic Sales Representative role focused on pursuing new business opportunities in the product packaging, design, and fulfillment space. The position offers a salaried first year with transition to an uncapped commission structure. Responsibilities include independently pursuing new business development, leading communications with vendors and design teams, setting timetables and ensuring deliverables, reviewing production status with clients, and collaborating with the sales support team. Mentorship from a dedicated sales management mentor will support portfolio growth. Key skills and tools include MS Suite, CRM systems, AI tools, ERP (Epicor preferred), ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn; strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Education required: Associate or Bachelor’s degree; minimum of two years of full lifecycle sales experience.
