Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive for Softeon tasked with driving growth across strategic enterprise accounts, owning end‐to‐end sales motions from discovery to close, developing deep relationships with senior stakeholders, and leading cross‐sell and upsell initiatives. You’ll build robust account plans, articulate Softeon’s value in Warehouse Management Systems, navigate long sales cycles with multi‐stakeholder buy‐in, and collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partners to ensure long‐term customer value. Candidates should bring proven quota‐carrying enterprise sales experience, comfort engaging at Director/VP/C‐level, and a consultative, outcome‐driven selling approach, with a track record of growing existing accounts and acquiring new strategic customers. The role embraces flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a quota‐carrying enterprise or strategic account executive
- Experience selling into large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts while also landing new strategic customers
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging at Director, VP, and C‐level
- Consultative, value‐based selling approach with ability to connect solutions to measurable business outcomes
- Experience building and executing territory and account plans
- Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined forecasting practices
