Job Summary
Account Executive to sell SailPoint Identity Security solutions, leading a virtual team of partner resources, presales, and post-sales support to deliver sales wins and customer success. Drive revenue growth by creating territory plans, pursuing leads, and managing the full sales cycle—from discovery and presentations to demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing. Collaborate with marketing and channel partners, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and develop strategies to outperform competitors (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt). Proven ability to engage across all levels of a customer’s organization, lead a cross-functional team, and exceed quarterly and yearly quota goals. Requires strong communication, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments; travel approximately 50% expected. Education: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent preferred but not required. Location flexibility includes remote work with travel; compensation ranges provided for US-based roles.
