Job Summary
Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Global Relay's Strategic Accounts team. Drive enterprise growth by prospecting and engaging key stakeholders at large organizations, conducting discovery calls to articulate the value of AI-enabled end-to-end compliance solutions, maintaining Salesforce records, and supporting events from pre- to post-conference activities. Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, track ROI, and build simple Salesforce dashboards, while feeding insights to improve messaging and outreach. Expected to qualify leads, set up meaningful conversations, and contribute to pipeline development through high-touch outreach, event coordination, and cross-functional teamwork with NYC and London teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (SaaS or Fintech experience highly valued)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Interest in regulatory environment or financial technology
