Job Summary
Strategic Risk Advisor, Senior Specialist in London on a Hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu; remote Mon/Fri) provides risk guidance, oversight, and assurance across Vanguard’s enterprise and divisional partners. The role leads development, implementation, and management of divisional risk controls; drives risk-management programs; measures departmental success in identifying and managing risk exposure; collaborates with enterprise and divisional clients; acts as a thought partner to understand ongoing risk needs; utilizes best-practice risk design to propose controls and testing approaches; supports special projects and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements include an undergraduate degree (graduate degree preferred), strong conceptual and strategic thinking, and demonstrated ability to influence and persuade across levels and functions.
