Job Summary

Strategic Resource Associate focuses on Sales Enablement and Content Strategy to boost producer productivity. Responsibilities include owning Seismic content organization and governance, administering sales tools, delivering enablement sessions across the region, curating producer communications (e.g., Producer Digest, Monthly Musts), onboarding new producers and acquired brokerages, partnering with Corporate Field Marketing on events and campaigns, and collaborating with subject matter experts and Proposal Writer to develop persuasive materials. The role emphasizes mapping content to prospect types and deal stages to reduce search time for producers, driving adoption of tools and resources, and providing regionally aligned enablement support to accelerate selling priorities. Desired traits include curiosity about the sales process, strong communication and design skills, comfort with technology, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel is expected ~10% domestically within HUB region.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to deliver enablement sessions (in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with Seismic or similar Sales Enablement platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage content and governance for a learning/enablement platform
  • Ability to onboard new producers and acquired brokerages
  • Ability to map content to prospect types, industries, and deal stages
  • Willingness to travel domestically (~10%)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (AA/associates noted)
  • Discretion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in marketing content and collateral development
  • Ability to deliver regional strategies with field marketing teams
  • Onboarding and coaching capabilities
