Job Summary
Strategic Relationship Specialist to support Global Manager of Strategic Relationships by executing customer engagement activities, coordinating conferences and events, planning customer engagement and surveys, and maintaining high-quality records. Responsibilities include maintaining customer data in Dynamics, supporting business-development content, assembling customer-facing materials to enhance brand visibility at events, tracking outcomes and follow-ups, and turning customer feedback into actionable insights. Requires bachelor's degree and substantial experience in customer engagement, account coordination, or related client-facing roles in energy/industrial markets; strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and event management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in energy industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Experience maintaining customer records in CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to design and administer customer surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Ability to research customers, competitors, and market developments
- Experience coordinating conferences, memberships, surveys, and follow-up actions
- Ability to prepare customer-facing materials such as briefing packs and presentations
