Job Summary
Strategic Relationship Manager for Multifamily focused on driving new distribution partnerships and expanding MSI’s presence in the multifamily market. Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting distribution partners, building executive-level relationships with platforms, agencies, captives, and brokers, leading end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to contracting and launch, coordinating with product, underwriting, and operations to structure scalable programs, and driving revenue growth through land-and-expand strategies. The role requires managing and growing existing strategic partnerships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, expanding into new states, increasing adoption within portfolios, and providing feedback to program management, client success, and product. Collaboration with Program Management, Client Success, Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure onboarding and state enablement, supporting marketing go-to-market launches, and maintaining pipeline forecasting.
