Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the ISP Relations department, coaching staff and managing a nationwide network of Independent Service Providers. Oversee provider sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and performance management while negotiating pricing agreements and conducting recurring business reviews to improve service quality and profitability. Analyze operational trends, identify coverage gaps, and implement strategic recruiting and retention initiatives to strengthen the network. Monitor departmental KPIs and champion technology enhancements to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Technology to resolve escalated concerns and achieve organizational objectives. Requires 7+ years in facilities management with 3+ years leading teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, vendor management, supplier management, contractor network management, field service operations, or a related operational environment
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and developing employees
- Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing profitability, pricing strategies, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing a nationwide provider, contractor, supplier, or service network
- Experience within facilities management, field services, construction, maintenance, logistics, or other multi-site service organizations
- Experience utilizing CRM, ERP, vendor management, or workforce management systems
- Experience developing performance dashboards and operational reporting
