Job Summary
Own delivery end-to-end, including deadlines, throughput, and quality for data operations powering frontier AI training. Solve ambiguous problems by building scalable solutions for broken or inefficient processes. Build and lead contributor teams through recruitment, training, and management of a distributed workforce. Partner cross-functionally with engineers to scope technical requirements, flag blockers, and ship improvements to pipeline infrastructure. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps to build solutions. Manage a distributed team, forecast timelines, and meet throughput targets while maintaining high standards for shipped work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years of experience: Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Proven track record of managing complex projects
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients
- Excited by gritty process optimization and large-scale execution
- Self-directed operator who takes ownership without being asked
