Job Summary
Lead company-level Shared Services projects across Finance, HR, Learning & Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional initiatives; build project plans, define milestones, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and maintain accountability to deliverables from planning through implementation. Drive organizational clarity by documenting workflows, developing training materials and resources, and supporting change management to ensure adoption of new tools and processes. Co-manage GRC-related policy and compliance by maintaining documentation, tracking requirements, and keeping related systems current. Communicate updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership; collaborate with diverse teams to translate goals into actionable work plans and measurable outcomes. Bring strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to foster alignment, readiness, and enterprise-wide impact.
