Job Summary
Develop ecosystem growth strategies by directly discussing with the president and vice president to solve complex simultaneous equations of company-wide and individual business growth. Formulate strategic proposals to each business manager and create new strategies that mix logical data analysis with intuitive design thinking. Manage project portfolios involving 10 or more people while leveraging big data insights and member data to drive the "Rakuten Economic Zone." Contribute to society as a key person at an early timing within the Platform Business Strategy Management Department, which operates under the direct control of the COO.
Required Qualifications
- Those who are interested in and have insight into the evolution of business models and want to be involved in the evolution themselves
- Those who are positively pursuing value in an uncertain environment
- Those who are attracted to Rakuten Group's abundant assets and want to make a big impact on society
- Management communication skills with the president and each business manager
- Data analysis and modeling experience using Excel and SQL
- Insight to correctly recognize the business competitive environment
- Project management experience of 10 or more people
- Experience in business planning
- English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
