Job Summary
Lead strategic, cross-functional transformation projects identified by executive leadership, developing delivery plans, defining success measures, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive long-term business value. Facilitate governance, progress reviews, and problem-solving sessions to keep initiatives on track; prepare clear updates and recommendations for the executive team; build relationships across departments to ensure successful delivery; identify and mitigate risks, manage timelines and milestones, and apply practical solutions. Bring degree-level qualification or equivalent experience, PMP desirable, and 5+ years of transformation project experience with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Proficiency in AI tools, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint; adaptable in a fast-paced environment and committed to integrity and NAVEX core values.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP) desirable
- 5+ years’ experience managing large, complex transformations as a consultant or in a corporate environment
- Experience supporting business transformation, systems implementation or process improvement initiatives would be advantageous; Lean process methodologies a plus
- Strong ability to scope, prioritise and manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating workshops, meetings and decision-making forums
- Demonstrated success pushing teams toward decisions and building alignment stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience using AI/AI agents to accelerate execution and drive outcomes
- Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
