Job Summary
Strategic Projects Lead responsible for owning end-to-end healthcare projects, navigating regulatory and governance frameworks, and aligning internal and external stakeholders to advance Metriport’s role in US health data exchange. The role emphasizes ruthless prioritization, cross-functional collaboration with leadership, and data-informed problem solving, translating product understanding into project requirements, and driving measurable results in a fast-moving, engineering-heavy environment. Requires 3+ years in project management and healthcare interoperability, strong organizational capabilities, and comfort with ambiguity. Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) to work from the South Beach office. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management, business operations, or management consulting experience (e.g., MBB)
- 3+ years of experience within healthcare interoperability
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Regulatory and governance fluency; experience with regulated industries
- Autonomy in handling ambiguous objectives and delivering outcomes
- peripheral skills in finance, data, compliance, and engineering to facilitate stakeholder alignment
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to work from the South Beach office
