Job Summary
Manage procurement and onboarding for over 100+ supplier relationships while overseeing purchasing data to ensure insights into spend efficiency and supplier preferences. Reconcile reservations from distribution partners to maintain reporting accuracy and assist in developing the central purchasing technology platform. Build dashboards visualizing KPIs to identify trends and optimization opportunities, then collaborate with leadership to create executive-facing presentations that translate data insights into strategic decisions. Articulate recommendations to senior client executives and maintain high-quality deliverables across multiple business segments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, consulting, data management, or business analytics
- Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives
- Experience reconciling and cleaning data across multiple sources for ingestion into databases
- Ability to build dashboards and work with visualization tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills
- Proven work ethic and comfort with significant workload
- Ability to travel when deemed essential

- Track record of excellence (promoted early, recognized for their achievements, and can provide quality samples of past work)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or other relevant data management tools
- Familiarity with GPO purchasing models or supplier marketplaces in hospitality procurement
- Consulting experience or ability to communicate complex findings to leadership in a structured, actionable manner
