Strategic Project Account Executive

Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and applicators to influence specification at the design and planning stages. Create annual account plans and growth strategies while conducting product presentations, technical briefings, and mock-up activities to drive color lock-in prior to tender. Lead commercial discussions to improve project competitiveness and ensure conversion from specification to actual purchase. Monitor project progression from design through execution, maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy, and follow up until the purchase and execution stages. Collaborate with store project sales teams to capture off-take opportunities and strengthen visibility at the store level. Travel extensively across Indonesia to support these account management and specification selling activities.
