Job Summary
Strategic Program Manager leading large-scale data center programs from award through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across manufacturing, field operations, procurement, service, and customer teams to ensure on-time, within-scope execution, monitoring schedules and budgets, driving root-cause analysis and proactive problem solving, and delivering profitability targets. Responsibilities include full lifecycle execution from PO receipt to final delivery, cross-functional planning, budget and change-order management, process improvements to accelerate execution, capturing lessons learned, and supporting future scalability. Requires 5+ years PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong financial and ERP/PM-tools proficiency, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; PMP/CPM certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables
- Excellent systems fluency including ERP systems, Excel, and project management tools
- Proven ability to lead with Speed, Judgment, and Accountability
