Job Summary
Strategic Product Consultant to train and evangelize Procore’s Project Execution product in APAC, leveraging consultative expertise to help customers adopt Procore. Responsibilities include training delivery (group webinars and in-person sessions), workflow optimization, solution architecture to meet customer requirements, and high-quality service and education for Procore’s customers. The role involves collaboration with Project Managers, Onboarding Managers, and Customer Success Engineers, mentorship of team members, and alignment with Product and Marketing to drive platform evolution. Travel up to 30% to customer sites, industry events, and Procore offices. Based in Sydney or remote from Australia. Requires 5+ years of construction industry experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; domain knowledge of Procore and prior training/peer-mentoring experience are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of direct construction industry experience
- Experience in corporate training, peer mentoring, or software support (preferred)
- Procore domain knowledge or hands-on live project experience (highly preferred)
- SOP development experience (preferred)
- Core site workflows knowledge (RFIs, Documents, Site Diaries, ITPs, Defect Lists)
- Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)
