Job Summary
Strategic Procurement & Awards Officer responsible for end-to-end bid processes, due diligence, evaluation, negotiation strategies, and award of IT and Non-IT requests. Manages scheduling, scope, resources, costs, risks, changes, and quality of major processes; canvassing, research, tabulation, and analysis of commercials; vendor accreditation and performance; contract custodianship; and coordination with Management, Business Units and Vendors. Supports the Bank’s Negotiating Body, develops negotiation strategies and presentation decks, provides commercial analysis and insights, and facilitates negotiation meetings. Leads and coaches junior resources, creates training plans, and participates in bank-wide committees, with a focus on governance, continuous improvement, and risk mitigation in bidding/awards for IT and Non-IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years’ strong exposure in project management
- Exposure in handling various vendors in banking industry preferred
