Job Summary
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding, and product prioritization while establishing a procurement playbook to ensure critical hardware and materials are sourced effectively. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-optimization by developing dashboards to track SLAs and adapt strategies as needed. Develop Standard Operating Procedures to drive consistent purchasing processes and proactively identify supply chain vulnerabilities through multi-sourcing strategies and vendor risk assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster accountability and support the successful deployment of supply chain operations across expanding markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience working with strategic procurement, sourcing, and Program Management
- 8 years of experience with supply chain principles, vendor negotiations, and contract management
- 8 Years of experience with Procurement and ERP software (e.g., SAP (SaaS), Coupa)
Desired Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working with supply chain, strategic procurement, and Program Management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to include managing through influence, communication and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns
- Familiarity with telecommunications inventory
- Experience with competitive bidding (RFx) processes and supplier risk mitigation
- Experience in SAP MM (Materials Management)
