Job Summary
Strategic Procurement Manager with responsibility to lead sourcing, supplier quality, and procurement strategy across precision manufacturing operations. Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier performance through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and long-term supplier agreements. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance; utilize ERP/MRP systems for procurement visibility; manage supplier quality programs and drive supplier development to improve process reliability. Ensure compliance with ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and industry standards; willing to travel domestically and internationally. Requires 8–10 years in manufacturing with 5+ years of global supplier experience; Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in related field; strong leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills. The role emphasizes leadership across functions, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives to optimize costs and supplier performance in regulated industries.
