Job Summary
Strategic Pricing Manager, Americas leads Waldom Electronics' pricing strategy and execution to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with margin goals. The role owns pricing governance, price books, discounts, and data integrity across ERP, website, and tools; partners with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, and Supplier Management to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include developing regional pricing strategies, defining resale strategies and MOQs, evaluating market trends, overseeing pricing updates, audits, and analytics to improve margins, and leading pricing standards and execution discipline. Key skills include pricing analytics, cross-functional collaboration, ERP/price-book management, data-driven decision making, and strong Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of pricing analytics, pricing operations, or related function
- Minimum of 2 years of direct pricing experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
