Strategic Planning Senior Director - Evernorth

Strategic Planning Senior Director will lead external strategic planning efforts for Express Scripts’ Pharmacy Benefits Services, shaping long-term strategy, setting priorities, and establishing KPIs. The role oversees multi-year initiatives, drives governance and enablement for cross-divisional strategy, and leads a high-performing team in a complex environment. Key responsibilities include governance and operating model stewardship, stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and external partners, change management through communications and training, performance tracking of workstreams, and regular executive updates. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in strategic planning, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and project management methodologies.
