Strategic Planning Intern

Support cross-functional initiatives and performance management to ensure results align with the strategic plan. Assist in maintaining and improving the Operating Model, unit economics, and forecasts while supporting profitability and growth analyses. Contribute to pricing and business plan analyses for new products or partnerships, preparing materials and insights for executive stakeholders and investors. Support the identification and assessment of new product, segment, or geographic expansion opportunities through research and business case development. Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Business Development, New Partnerships, Finance, and Data teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and planning within R2's Strategic Planning team, which drives sustainable, partner-level growth and profitability for financial solutions serving small and medium businesses in Latin America.
