Job Summary
Set productivity KGI/KPIs for the entire Rakuten Group and business units, then plan and execute policies to achieve these targets. Establish indicators and goals for Triple20 while promoting initiatives to meet them. Conduct weekly PL analysis, TvA/TvF analysis of productivity indicators, and report findings to management. Plan and manage the Productivity MTG, leading and supporting group-wide PJTs across organizations. Guide unit price settings for all organizations using Gemchi-Gembutsu. Drive group-wide organizational strengthening initiatives, including the Leadership Program for middle management, and collaborate on cross-group projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience of corporate planning / business planning in business company
- 5+ years' experience of project management (not IT project) in consulting firm
- Native level Japanese
- Communication skills
