Job Summary
Develop, articulate, and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization's 5-year goals and core values. Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely project execution while analyzing complex data and trends for informed strategic decisions. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enable seamless strategy implementation and navigate challenges effectively to meet organizational objectives. Requires a Master's degree in Business Management or Strategic Planning with 2-5 years of experience in leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Business Management, Strategic Planning, or related field from a reputed college
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects from conception to completion
