Job Summary
Lead strategic planning and business process initiatives to support TSA missions across transportation systems. Develop goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes; advise Program Managers and leadership on strategic planning efforts, including actionable plans and program transitions. Provide subject-matter expertise in collaboration with Portfolio Managers and PEO Leadership; support meetings and events focused on employee engagement strategies to enhance team culture and morale. Design and support strategic initiatives, including communication and facilitation, risk mitigation and analysis at executive levels, and development of dashboards and risk-management tools. Assist with execution analyses and management across enterprise, office, and program levels, leveraging both existing and newly developed metrics. Requires on-site work at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA or within the National Capital Region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance required
- Five (5) years’ of relevant experience, including four (4) years in business process related duties
- On-site at TSA HQ in Springfield, VA or NCR within National Capital Region
- Ability to obtain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)
