Job Summary
Conduct primary and secondary research to examine competitive performance, market needs, and growth opportunities. Develop complex forecasting models, budgets, and resource allocation plans using Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet to construct analytical models. Support product strategy teams by structuring business cases, performing customer segmentation, and delivering economic benchmarking across business segments. Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover solutions through critical thinking, external benchmarking, and internal best practices. Drive proactive project cadence with diverse teams to ensure timely outcomes, while prioritizing initiatives requested by the Global Vice President of Strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm or internal business consulting function leading initiative teams in strategy, operations, and transformation project work
- Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Complex program management experience
- Analytical skills to understand the impact of recommendations on the organization and change management needs they will creation
- Clear, well developed oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally and excel within a matrix organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
