Job Summary
Analyze issues across various areas and lead the consideration, execution, and verification of strategic projects aimed at medium-term growth. Focus on back-end reforms in procurement, logistics, and system platforms to strengthen the value chain and enable next-day delivery. Manage advanced PL operations, monitor improvement measures, and enhance user support service levels to drive customer satisfaction. Conduct competitive analysis of the daily necessities e-commerce industry and oversee productivity improvements in back-end operations. Leverage experience in strategy planning and execution to contribute to large-scale investments in marketing and logistics systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategy/service planning at a consulting firm or business company
- Basic knowledge of the daily necessities retail industry and EC
- 1+ years of management experience
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in service planning in the daily necessities industry
- Experience in analysis and planning using Power Point and Excel (experience using vlookup and pivot)
