Job Summary
Strategic People Operations Partner responsible for the operational execution of the employee lifecycle—maintaining data integrity, supporting onboarding, leaves, policies, and employee resources, and driving scalable process improvements. Partner with Payroll, Finance, and People Technology to ensure accurate data flows and effective programs (growth reviews, compensation cycles, benefits administration, and leave management) across Jane's growing organization. Requires experience in HRIS administration, benefits and leave management, and a track record of optimizing operational processes within a evolving, remote-first environment. Location: Canada remote. Compensation range $95,000–$128,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, HR Administration, or related field
- Experience administering and maintaining an HRIS (HiBob a plus)
- Demonstrated experience supporting benefits administration, leave management, onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, employee records, and documentation
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and professionalism with sensitive information
