Job Summary
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of GAMUT's current operations, products, services, messaging, and delivery model to identify strengths and improvement opportunities. Develop a strategic operating plan with clear priorities, goals, measurable outcomes, and implementation timelines. Recommend and implement operational improvements that strengthen service delivery, client success, and overall business performance. Lead high-impact business development initiatives by identifying consulting opportunities with enterprise clients, building long-term strategic partnerships, and deploying scalable operational strategies. Drive the company's growth strategy by cultivating the business development pipeline, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue targets and retention goals. Oversee daily operational functions, including administrative systems, contracting, invoicing, and payments, while ensuring efficient coordination across internal teams and external partners. Define, implement, and track KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue per account. Collaborate with the executive team to refine market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in operations, consulting, client success, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in disability inclusion, accessibility, and the principles of adaptive and universal design
Desired Qualifications
- advanced degree in Operations, Business, Marketing, Disability Studies, Human-Centered Design, Rehabilitation Sciences, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
- formal education and/or significant professional experience in disability studies, accessibility, adaptive design, universal design, occupational therapy, rehabilitation sciences, inclusive design, or a closely related field
