Strategic Partnerships Manager

Job Summary
Drive new growth opportunities to expand the portfolio of clients for custom-designed Executive Education programs in Qatar and the region. Develop and execute sales strategies including prospection, needs assessment, and contract management while conducting client visits and presentations. Manage existing client portfolios to identify renewal and cross-selling opportunities, working with the Dean, Faculty, and Operations to design pedagogical concepts and deliver programs. Monitor revenue and program profitability, collaborating on pricing models and forecasting. Engage in regular client meetings to collect feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels. Requires a Master's degree, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in English, Arabic, and French.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or related field
- 8+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, or consulting in a service industry
- Knowledge and experience in Executive Education, Talent Management, L&D, and/or Leadership Development
- Experience in the conception and design of corporate learning programs
- Solid business acumen, ability to influence executive decisions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in writing, presenting and defending proposals
- Ability to drive a consultative sales approach
- Experience in developing financial proposals (pricing, cost/profit models)
- Ability to get to 'yes' while maintaining sales and organizational targets
- Results-driven with strong customer focus and account management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in CRM systems for lead/client management and forecasting
- Flexibility to travel frequently
- Willingness to adapt working hours to business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Arabic and French are advantageous
- Experience in GCC countries a plus
- Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Flexible and willing to adapt working hours to business needs
