Strategic Partnerships Manager (Healthcare Data)

Job Summary
Lead the strategy and management of IQVIA's data supplier ecosystem in Belgium and Luxembourg, driving partnerships with software providers, wholesalers, pharmacy networks, and hospitals. Execute supplier strategies, onboard new data sources, and negotiate contracts while balancing cost, quality, and data availability through collaboration with Legal, Finance, and global teams. Monitor data coverage and quality via governance frameworks and KPIs, leading issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. Translate business needs into sourcing strategies and partner with Production and Information Offerings teams to ensure data meets requirements. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, you will build long-term relationships to secure sustainable access to high-quality healthcare data supporting IQVIA's Information Offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in supplier management, strategic partnerships, business development, or data acquisition
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret performance KPIs
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
