Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Manager to acquire new strategic & referral partners and their clients, close transactions in the 100k–3m+ range, manage partnerships, engage in events, and collaborate across teams to evolve capital products. Requires 3+ years in sales or business development (financial services or commercial lending a strong plus), a hunter mentality, financial literacy, strong written/verbal skills, ability to work remotely via Zoom/phone/email, and willingness to travel 15-30% for meetings. Compensation includes base salary plus commission with OTE up to $210K; hybrid or remote model offered.
