Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Manager at Click Bond responsible for growing and expanding relationships with key customers and partners in aerospace/manufacturing. Drive tactical execution and strategic growth across assigned accounts, serve as the primary commercial contact across stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement), and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Finance to align delivery with contracts. Develop strategic plans with Business Development, translate customer insights into value-driven solutions, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities to expand Click Bond’s presence across new programs, product lines, and market segments to achieve measurable sales growth and revenue expansion. Must be able to travel ~50% (including international) and communicate effectively to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, account management, or program management (preferably within aerospace, manufacturing, or other technical industries)
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within an existing account structure
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, pricing, and value-based selling strategies
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Effective communication and ability to present to senior management
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel
