Job Summary

Strategic Partnerships Lead responsible for building and deepening peer-level relationships with target organizations in frontier AI, crafting bespoke outreach based on in-depth research, and owning a focused portfolio of frontier lab and enterprise AI accounts. Lead technical discovery to map stakeholders' challenges in data quality, annotation infrastructure, RLHF workflow, and safety evaluation to Tiki's capabilities. Contribute to the full commercial cycle from pilot scoping ($50K–$100K) to expansion into multi-million-dollar annual programs, and collaborate closely with leadership to develop tailored proposals and technical narratives. Maintain market intelligence, drive CRM discipline, and ensure alignment across the Director of Sales, COO, and technical team. Success in 6–12 weeks includes establishing champion relationships, advancing pilots or proposals at target accounts, and being recognized as the account intelligence owner for the portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B partnerships, business development, or commercial roles with direct, documented exposure to frontier AI lab accounts
  • Deep understanding of how AI data procurement actually works
  • Technical fluency sufficient to hold a credible conversation with ML engineers about RLHF, annotation quality, inter-annotator agreement, benchmark design, coding dataset construction, and data pipeline architecture
