Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Lead who will own and scale both affiliate and embedded partner ecosystems, drive API integration partnerships from sourcing to execution, and collaborate directly with C-suite and product teams to define a playbook for a new ERP-focused partner program. Key responsibilities include growing transactional and strategic partnerships, defining KPIs and tiers, building GTM motions, collaborating with Product/Engineering to deliver integrations, and shaping the partner strategy from the ground up. The role emphasizes high-autonomy ownership, revenue growth through partner-driven channels, and a path to equity-rich compensation in a venture-backed SaaS environment. Location is NYC with hybrid in-person collaboration three days per week in SoHo; visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6+ years in partnerships, BD, or strategic GTM roles at a SaaS or fintech company
- Experience building partner programs or embedded integrations from scratch
- Strong product mindset and collaboration with product/engineering
- Comfort navigating affiliate channels and complex product/API partnerships
- Willingness to be NYC-based or relocate (hybrid: 3 days/week in SoHo office)
