Job Summary
Strategic Partnerships Executive – Direct Sales focused on outbound prospecting to nonprofits, schools, and libraries; build and manage relationships; own the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding and ongoing account growth; heavy outbound calling (80–100 per day); remote startup environment; travel occasionally; CRM usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack) and collaboration with marketing, product, and customer support; experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or community engagement preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement
- Comfortable conducting 80–100 outbound calls daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with organization, follow-through, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote startup environment
- Passion for supporting nonprofits, schools, libraries, and mission-driven organizations
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, or comparable systems
